The customer service was professional
The customer service was professional, the service was prompt. MY microwave stopped working. I was given the option to accept the one found for me that didi not include removal of the old or installation of the new. Or, option 2, accept a payment. I opted for the payment. I purchased a whirl pool microwave from Lowes and paid the difference for the removal and installation. I was pleased and my new microwave is installed and working. I am well pleased and the overall experience was GREAt!!!
