Aspinal managed UPS for me!
Something went wrong with the delivery company. Aspinal truly stepped in and managed to get the parcel redelivered, without having it to go back to the UK. We all know how often parcel deliveries go wrong. BUT, this is the first time that I experienced a sender (Aspinal) being able to make UPS retrieve my parcel at the collection point and redeliver. Also, the contacts with customer support were fabulous!So, good service DOES STILL EXIST! Aspinal has won me as a customer: ot was my first experience with them. Thanks Aspinal (and Gaby in particular).
