Refused to refund war
Very bad experience, my country is going through a war. Flights have been cancelled. they refuse to refund me, and giving me a very hard time. I provided all the documents Update: After hours of back and fourth emails, multiple posts on social media and this review and escalation to relevant authorities they have refunded me as credit. Horrible experience overall. Gave 3 starts from initial 1 star as I was refunded in the end.
