No confirmation but credit card processed
I placed an order on January 15th 2026. Credit card was processed on 16th. I have received no communication from puzzlesup.com. I have sent emails today to two different support addresses asking about the order. From the website they appear to be closing up shop. My next step will be to dispute the charge with my ctedit card company.
