Poor courtesy and Impolite attitude in asking for collect courier and other options
I am really disappointed with the poor politeness that the City-Link worker delivering the parcel to me today. The tone of voice is really rude while calling me to collect my courier at my condominium and he refused to choose other options of delivery such as postpone to the next working day or later time, or wait for about 10 minutes for me to get someone helping to pick up the courier as I was not around during that time. I don't really mind the rejection if the conversation is gone smoothly and in a more polite way. Please do take note of the issue of the politeness of the delivery man and I hope that some improvements can be made in the future as not everyone would be happy or satisfied with the service after having such a rude conversation despite fast delivery.
