I returned my order on March 3rd
I returned my order on March 3rd, and it was delivered back on March 5th (confirmed by tracking). Since then, I’ve received no refund and absolutely no response. I contacted customer service multiple times, but they completely ignore my emails. This is extremely unprofessional. Honestly, their lingerie is not even worth the money or the hassle. Poor service and disappointing quality. I would not recommend ordering from them at all, especially if you ever need to return something.
