Great service, limited repairability
Great customer orientated service. Fast and efficient! First a step by step guide for self repair, then a quick swap for a brandnew printer as it turned out that I couldn’t repair the printer myself. Albeit good service, things start to look cheap once you dig deeper into the printer. It would be better and more sustainable if users were able to repair the printer by themselves.
