Avoid this app at all cost!
Was a great app for most of my use, but recent app updates have made the app completely useless. A few months ago I updated it and it just automatically changed the wake up sound from a nice peaceful song that slowly builds up in loudness to blaring noises. When I reached out to support that acted like I had no idea how to use the app, despite having it for 2.5 yrs at that point. I kept telling them it wasn’t working, automated emails would just say try again. It eventually got solved once a human got involved. Then there was an app update at the beginning of the month and now it doesn’t even monitor my sleep. It’ll start and then after 5 mins stop. I reached again and was told it was because I didn’t charge my phone at night (despite doing so) or wasn’t enough space on my phone (which I have plenty). I explained this wasn’t the case and was just ignored. I reached out to another department to say that they need to fix the app or I’ll have cancel my subscription since I was paying for it to do nothing. They just responded with how to cancel my subscription lol. Anyway, a horrible company that does not care about the quality of its product anymore.
