Unresponsive/dead sellers. No-show buyers. Buyers/sellers who give silent treatment. All these sums up Carousell. There are way better platforms like Amazon, Shopee etc to go for online shopping.

Good service but can improve
Unlike most reviewers here, my experience with Ninjavan in Singapore has been quite positive. With the exception of two or three occasions of parcel delayed due to unforeseen issues, deliveries were often timely. The deliverymen were polite too. The only complaint that I have is the shockingly narrow delivery boxes (Ninja Box) in some locations. They can't seem to accommodate parcels of more than a dozen centimeters tall. My parcels were diverted to my home address a few times because of this. Perhaps NV would consider having larger boxes in future.
