I would give zero rating for their service if there is any. The rider sent my parcel to the wrong house, which is just 2 houses away. I told them to collect from my neighbour in the morning before 11 am. The rider came around 3 pm, told me that my neighbour was not at home. They have the courtesy to ask me to collect from my neighbour. Now that neighbour of mine, who took my parcel did not even want to return it to me. And this neighbour of mine hung a green bag on her gate and asked the courier companies' riders to drop the parcels into the bag with a note asking the rider to drop the parcel into the bag. She would not collect them or verify her identity even when she was at home. The riders did not follow the SOP of delivering the parcel to their customers if they did do what this lady asked them to do. The riders are cannot be trusted.
