Just after I paid the flight ticket, I found a better flight with lower price in your website, it is just within one hour, I couldn’t reach your staff no matter by call or by email. When your staff replied me email after 6 hours, she said the ticket has not yet issued (within 24 hrs) may help to cancel the ticket with free and asked for my confirmation.
