She not only gave me options, but ended up telling me to keep the dress, and pick out another to be sent free of charge. I can honestly say the dress, material, and craftsmanship is superb. Super impressed with the companies willingness to work with me, offer options, and ultimately provide excellent customer service, thanks to Aurora.
