The worst online shopping experience I have ever had with an atrocious company! Over 7 weeks waiting for my large dog bed/car seat. I emailed to chase up after over a month and was told issues with order, was on its way could I continue to wait and offered 20% discount. I have never received this! When the bed came, it is 10cm shorter than the description says so my labrador doesn't fit in it unless the front is down. The straps are like ribbon and will not hold him safely and the cushions are too soft and all for the spaces in the bed. Very poor quality and not fit for purpose! I've emailed three times now to request a full refund and details of how to return the bed and am being ignored. Very, very poor customer service and no number to contact anyone. I was sent a link to review the bed, put a 1 star review and it has never appeared on their website either! SCAM.
