After two times updates from my computer, I can't use it fillmora x with problem, but fortunately, I have reported my problems to the customer service twice. Their customer service always fast and dedicated to solving all the problems for me. I will write this message. The main purpose of the feedback is to convey that there are a lot of software sold on the web. Frankly , I also have a lot of software, but when you encounter a problem with that software, is there any customer service to solve your problem? The customer service of several companies that I have tried is really poor, and they do not respond at all. They will also shirk their responsibility and say that there is a problem with our buyers and leave me alone there and not any feedback to me. We should know that it is easy to buy a things, and after-sales service is the real value. i found the good services from wondershare. I wish the wondersahre prosperous business and can bring more service with this attitude and services in the future, thank you
