I received the piano yesterday but have to return it. The action on the keys is unacceptable and I'm used to my Roland RD700 NX stage piano which I chose to supplement with this one as a practice piece for my sailing yacht. It's a great piano, but for a beginner; I've played since 1957 (yes). How do I return it in original box and packing?
