I can say for every one" do not believe the reviews if you want purchase new product. I was bought Samsung A52 5g from ETOREN the device arrived quickly, but only five minutes of use was overheating. I tried all the methods, from factory reset to change in settings, but is more hot to the point that you cannot hold it in your hand. I contacted them about this problem. In the first, they said that the device is new and will overheated for just a period of four to five days. I waited for this period for the same problem, but it increased even more. Then they told me to do factory reset for the same problem. Then told me to ask for a repair request and then I shipped the device to them knowing that I told them about the problem in the first two days of receiving the device. The surprise is that they found a heating problem in the device, but they told me that we will return the device to you without repair or replacement, because those who estimate the problem do not upgrade to repair or replace (I mean overheating, but this is no problem for them). The device has a factory defect, believe me do not buy from them, I do not recommend them at all, they will respond to my comment this to convince you that they are confident, because this is policy in responding to negative comments to convince you buy from them, as I did with me.
