I've requested for at least 1 day's notice by WhatsApp or Messages for door to door delivery but unfortunately instructions were not adhered. This is worsened for COD as I need to leave the cash with my very old dad/mum who usually take delivery. The latest was when delivery guy took $59 when I bought a $49 item. I feel that a receipt should be issued for cash received and photo sent by delivery person to buyer to avoid misunderstandings to all. Thanks JennyLIM
