Really? Can't have more than one customer at a time on your several acre open air lot? Didn't even want to look, knew what I wanted, had the financial aspect completed. Sign paperwork, hook the trailer up and leave. I would have even sat in my truck while that was done just to appease the "wokeness" and "virtue signaling". But nope. Called a competitor, told me to come on in. Even though they had several transactions going, they sold me a trailer and appreciated my business. Simple and easy. And regarding their response, their own website recommends appointments. Doesn’t say appointments only.
