The worst experience to date
The worst experience to date. They failed to write a functional shipping label and the package was refused in customs. They proceeded to blame me for this mistake in a very long email conversation. DO NOT BUY HERE! They are useless at what they do, and customer "service" will do nothing but blame you and be unhelpful. I was told to contact my postal office despite the package legally being their responsibility until it is successfully delivered to me. The postal office clarified to me that the address was written incorrectly, and there was no name on the package, which instantly makes import impossible. This was confirmed by the postal service, yet Creality refuses to take any responsibility for their mistake. It took 4 refund requests for them to even acknowledge the request, and they will take €10 out of the total €46 price of the product for return shipping. Meaning a mistake on their part will cost me as a customer €10.. absolutely disgusting behavior.
