Excellent customer service when you need it the most
Excellent customer service when you have a problem. Usually get back to you within the hour after you submit an email. And they keep working the problem for you, no matter how complex. They elevate the problem to the next level if they don’t have the resources to solve it. They follow up with you repeatedly and sincerely want to know if you’re still dealing with the problem. The site itself has great optics. One improvement could be to make staking reward history more easy to find. It’s quite convoluted and non-intuitive. Other than that, I’ve been very satisfied with Exodus for the past 10 years.
