Hello, this is the worst wallet ever, I tried to move funds from my wallet with my private keys and it seems that the private key that I got from EXODUS just stole my money over 6.000 Euros and it has been a week now that I don't get a response from these people and they act like nothing happened and it is my fault and this happened with 2 different wallets I hope you rot in hell Exodus support. You can clearly see that my transaction was left out on the blockchain, and prioritize a wallet that I have never seen in my life, and the wallet seems to be connected to EXODUS's own wallets from the transfers.

4 years, no resolution. Exodus routed my funds to N.exchange — and they dissolved in the UK.
I used Exodus built-in swap in December 2022. Exodus routed my 6,000 USDT to N.exchange.
N.exchange froze my funds immediately and has held them for 4 years. They confirmed in writing that there is no criminal case against me — the freeze is their internal decision.
N.exchange was registered in the UK as NATIONAL EXCHANGE LIMITED. It was dissolved on December 5, 2023. Now it operates from Costa Rica as NEX Holdings LTD S.R.L.
I have filed complaints with Texas AG, UK Insolvency Service, and Costa Rica regulators. I'm not giving up. But I want other Exodus users to know: Exodus partners with exchanges that can freeze your funds for years without explanation.

They have not emailed me back, so the question is are they steeling the money and where do I turn too for help?
I spent 2 weeks with the KYC AI process, they kick back anything for one pixel. Once that was complete then I tried to get my number to send funds, that started 3 months ago. I have been sending a support request everyday from that point. I have done this trough their app. Months. Have gone by an all the support I have recieved can be summed up as 70 emails thanking me for reaching out and how hard they are working on my issue. I cannot review the app functionality due to I have not been able to use it at all. if I was reading this I understand it sounds as if I am exaggerating the timeline, nope. Newer so much as an Ai chat in months. Very unreliable payment app. You should never use them for any payment if it needs to be done in 2 months.
I am in shock they carry any regulatory approvals.

Exodus promotes ChangeNOW which withheld 0.444 BTC for 627 days - Ticket 623767
I used Exodus wallet internal swap on 16 Oct 2024 for 0.4449 BTC to USDT. Order routed via ChangeNOW Order c08120ec863d06. Blockchain Tx 01dde18d5fba59d7d373c1a6dc0fbe96af0c3cbbd3a0ed8ba3d9b9cc2f109e confirmed, funds received by ChangeNOW address 389CphJPz3gJE51PGATZEiHuFLFpmLzqaD but 38578 USDT never arrived. 627 days pending.
Now ChangeNOW website shows fake REFUNDED status but there is NO refund transaction on Bitcoin blockchain to my wallet. Their Trustpilot reply says "under AML review" since 627 days - contradicting their own website status.
Exodus Ticket 623767 - Tyler from Swap Escalations team replied saying we have no influence over API Providers and told to contact ChangeNOW. He also noted I contacted from 3 different email IDs which are all mine as I was desperate after 627 days and said they will reply to only one now.
Exodus earns commission on every swap but when funds lost says no responsibility. If you promote ChangeNOW inside wallet and earn from it, you must help get real refund TxID via your partner channel. Saying we don't hold funds is escapism.
Filed FBI IC3 complaint. Exodus is equally liable for promoting fraudulent exchange. Avoid using Exodus built-in swap.
This wallet is great. It's trustworthy, and the support are very friendly and quickly resolved my problem. Just some feedback: the iOS app, after adding liquid glass support, it's abit of laggy when I click the buttons and takes a few seconds to load in.
