Never connected anything, never did anything with the wallet, my account got drained magically, I wrote down the secret phrase on a piece of paper, they don't accept any responsibility, lost thousands... no way of getting it back apparently.

I deposited 50 $ in Exodus Wallet…

I deposited 50 $ in Exodus Wallet balance, can't withdrawal to my friend with USDC. Must deposit extra 10 $ in fees balance, can withdrawal. exodus Wallet is wrong. Must include fees. Need not pay extra.

Web3 security and the functionality of blockchain

I need to understand why Exodus cannot follow the blockchain addresses provided to them from me, to retrieve my stolen assets through a scam email I received, and return it to me? Is this not why we use blockchain, so there will be NO more corruption???? I'm waiting for an answer please.

I’ve Tried Them All—Exodus Is the Best

I’ve used Exodus longer than any other crypto wallet or exchange, and it has been the best experience I’ve had. The interface is clean, easy to understand, and makes sending, receiving, and managing crypto simple. What really stands out to me is the reliability and the variety of coins and networks that Exodus supports. I’ve tried several other platforms over the years, but I keep coming back to Exodus because it just works. The wallet gives me confidence and has made my crypto experience much more enjoyable. I highly recommend Exodus to anyone looking for a user-friendly and dependable crypto wallet. Five stars from me!

So far, not for U.S. Residents

At the start, this was excellent experience! Then, I learned that paying cards are not available for U.S. residents. Which makes this app totally useless for me. They mentioned that it was an issue they are working on, and they will let me know.. but more than a week now and still no payment cards for US residents. I am giving them 4 stars for their excellent customer service, and a 100 usd gift card for the inconvenience.

I use several self-custody wallets

I use several self-custody wallets, I use then on my PC and mobile. Exodus technical support is the only that has responded quickly, and we exchanged emails until the problem was resolved 6/16/2026 Jose A Garcia

I guess 4.9 overall

stability/robustness is firmly 5, but interface is about 4 because sometimes confusing (I mean Android app) but robustness is much more important, so 4.9

Possible Scam!

I enquired about a Company (Defi Solicitors) that they wanted me to place Funds into my Account to verify the transaction for recovery from the Blockchain they claim they had found. Exodus Customer Support Agents informed that this is just ascam along with a report that indicated a Cerificate provided was in fact possibly fraudulent.
