I won a mattress, then they took it back to try and sell it for more $$
I bought a mattress. I received the invoice which was prepaid with my credit card on file. I went to pick up the mattress (2 hours away) and when I got there the people at the desk pretended like they could not find the paperwork. I waited about 20 minutes and then they told me to call a number at corporate. I called and hey told me the mattress did not sell for enough money and they were going to relist it. Shady business practices especially coming from a company that has already been investigated by the attorney general's office. I am having a hard time believing all the positive reviews compared to other websites and my own experience.
