Great business

Great business, owner is a very friendly guy with great customer service and truly cares about his customer happiness.

I won a mattress, then they took it back to try and sell it for more $$

I bought a mattress. I received the invoice which was prepaid with my credit card on file. I went to pick up the mattress (2 hours away) and when I got there the people at the desk pretended like they could not find the paperwork. I waited about 20 minutes and then they told me to call a number at corporate. I called and hey told me the mattress did not sell for enough money and they were going to relist it. Shady business practices especially coming from a company that has already been investigated by the attorney general's office. I am having a hard time believing all the positive reviews compared to other websites and my own experience.

Pickup was good but all the planks were mixed together (different colors). My pickup person sorted them out and turned out fine.

Trustworthy and great deals on products

All auctions were very helpful and the information on the auction is on each bidding location so you know where and when to get your winnings. Such great products and pricing that it helped me furnish my whole home! 🏠 Thank you!

Caution

Typically, they have descent items. I never buy AS IS items. I did when I started some 17 years ago. They're still in my storage, not saleable. Make sure you inspect every item for missing parts, even if they say it's complete.

More care should be taken to accurately desribe the item, its condition and source (ie., customer return, floor model, damaged ect.). Disappointment in the products have led me to greatly reduce my participation in these auctions.
