I’ve gotten a few great bargains from AuctionNinja. It’s relatively easy to use and bid on items. I always confirm that the pickup time will work for me before I even look at any items.
Pickers Alley auction manager Roya Zarrehparvar organized all my items carefully, writing accurate and detailed descriptions of them. And because she is a talented photographer, the photos she posted were beautiful. Best of all, she remained a calm and reassuring presence throughout the entire process. The stars are for her. I would like to have had a minimum set for some of my furniture, which might have sold for a lot more on eBay.
Things went smoothly. I like the fact that bids went up incrementally, so my bid only went up $100 more than the last bid, so my final price was less than my actual ceiling price I had entered. One down side was when I received my invoice for the two motorcycles I won, the vin numbers were not on the invoice. This was a problem when I went to my local DOL to change the title.

Site is easy to navigate and has features to make sure you don't miss out when an item ends. The delivery of goods is timely and typically has reasonable shipping costs depending on the Auction organizer.
When I ask questions or ask for additional pictures, they are given timely. Pick up is always handled very easily and they are super nice.
Auction Ninja is so user friendly. They do a great job of representing the items. There are lots of good photos and detailed descriptions. Instructions were clear and complete. Pick up was fast and efficient. Workers there were very friendly and helpful.
Process was ok but it’s been 10 days and still my package has not arrived. Label printed but package not provided to the post office for days. Waiting to see what the product looks like as now I have serious doubts.
As I was already a registered bidder on the site it was easy to register for the auction I was interested in. Very easy bidding process as well. I appreciate the covered glass turkey container that I won on Hidden Treasures. Picking up my item went very smoothly.
The bidding process this time was much better I was able to easily bid a place holder for myself as in the past that was not easily found or explained. The only complaint I have is when u so have a question typically you sing get an answer especially on the last evening until the next day and b Th that time it's too late.

I liked the large variety of items and number of auctions based upon the distance from your residence. I have had difficulty at which to be able to view if they offer shipping. After choosing a particular auction to then zoom in to a particular thing your looking for. I thought shipping charge for one ounce was outrageous as I only won 1 of 6. I wouldn't do that auction again as there was no reach out and a 75 cent stamp on a first class envelope instead of flat rate charge of $12. NO Windsor auction for me and its the next state over from where I live.
I just got great Deals on 5 Star Trek items and have not received them yet. (1st) Colorado Consignment and Resale Connections: I bought 4 porcelain figures made by Paramount Pictures. (2nd )ABC Estate Services: Purchased a very Large Star Trek Ship that hangs from the Ceiling. Had some issues with poor communication about paying for the shipping. Once completed, hope the ship comes in one piece. I don't like Zelle, and that's the way they want payment. I tried to insist on Payment thought PayPal, safer than Zelle, but again, poor communication with the second seller..
Love auction ninja. Easy site to use, usually acurate photos and description of items. Some sellers still need to work on their descriptions. I have been very happy with my purchases. Still disagree with being charged sales tax on items as the original owner already paid them. My complaint with that will go to the secretary of state. Thanks
Rena has absolutely been a gem! She has made this process SO easy for me, especially since I probably did not make it easy for her! I live out of state and she graciously agreed to ship to me. I live in a rural area and have had many problems with USPS so she very kindly agreed to UPS/Fedex. Every step of the way, she has been amazingly wonderful!
