I often do auctions in Florida. When I arrive to pick up my things they were already wrapped and packed in bags !!!! I had brought my own papers to wrap my dishes and bags to carry them in and didn't even need to do that because everything was done for me that was fantastic as I am 77 years old and my hands don't work as well as they used to.
Auction Ninja was fine, even easy, hence the 4 stars, but the pickup place was impossible to find. I'm from the area, so familiar, and I never found it with the directions they provided, so forfeited my win. AJ should somehow ensure that pickup locations are clear, with directions and pictures. As a woman, this is also important for safety reasons.

I won alot of furniture in this auction. Everyone was very helpful making pickup a breeze. The following dat is had a question regarding one of the items I purchased. Darlene responded instantly. Highly recommend.
The system was off. It said I didn’t get one item when it closed but then said I did get it. And for another item, it closed three minutes before it said it was going to close. Poor management for the online auction.
The site makes the auctions fair, and the communications (i.e. email, text) are timely and useful.
The seller had my winning items all set when I arrived for my pickup. Knew my name and greeted me upon arrival. I will definitely purchase from them again.
