I am enjoying using Auction Ninja
I am enjoying using Auction Ninja. I am impressed with the way it works. I wish I didn’t have to start from the top of the page each time I click on an item for a closer view, and then return to the previous page . It goes to the top rather than the previous spot I was in.
Save the time and just buy new, or at least only items you can see in person.
I found the items overrepresented in the pictures, and someone was allowed to take the 15 red and 15 white lead crystal wine glasses I had bid on and won. The other items I won were not as nice as represented in the pictures, and everything that looked clean, like the carpet, needed a very deep clean: my first auction with your website and my last. I was trying to furnish a temporary home and needed household items. In the future, I will buy new items and skip any auction. This particular auction was just a mess of people coming in and out, and no one really checking what they were taking out of the house. Other auctions I have been to for collectibles or art have been very stringent on ensuring the proper bidder was allocated their items in relation to the inventory sheets.
My overall experience with AuctionNinja…
My overall experience with AuctionNinja and the auctioneers who sell thru them has been positive. Honest sellers, website is easy to use and I’ve found some cool items. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because I don’t like that I have to put my payment information in for each seller and I wish there was an app.
One of the best auction site on…
One of the best auction site on AuctionNinja. All of their items are photographed extensively, terms are appropriate and the pick up times are very customer friendly.
The way you keep the bidder up to date…
The way you keep the bidder up to date is most helpful. Your excellent photos and comprehensive write-up is so informative and omits questions on what I’m bidding on. Please keep me on your mailing list. P.S. Having all bidder’s winners grouped together ready for quick & easy pick up is another plus. Thanks for a fun sale process.
Nice Items and Reasonable Shipping
I have had a few good experiences with this site, especially the most recent one. The items were in good condition and most importantly to me, the shipping was reasonable. Many auction sites that I have dealt with have outrageous shipping fees. Thus far I am happy with Auction Ninja.
