Buyers premium pass through
I like the many auction companies I find on your platform, however as a buyer I find your platform to have the highest BP charges of the many I use. I usually search your platform last purely for that reason. While I understand you do not set the BP for your auction house clients, they do tend to pass on your fees to buyers (and sometimes consignors).

I enjoy following all the items available. I have picked up quite a few items to decorate and use in my home. We have never had a problem with payments or the quality of the items. My only suggestion would be to put measurements on all items (some vendors are better at this than others)

Googled if Retortion Hardware had Hampton Bay manufacture any of there items. Stated NO. False representation I want my Money refunded. Sent vendor message, Hedge Auctions New York | (914) 458-2420 did not hear back from them.
