Not Recommended for International Clients
I am an International client . Last March 7, I made standard request. Today is June 1, and I still have not received what I need. I have submitted all the documents that was required numerous times , used DHL to ensure proper delivery, and made regular phone calls to their call center. The only group that seems to be working well is the DBS call center. Unfortunately, they are dependent on - the competence of the rest of the company - their attitude towards international clients - and how much they value customer satisfaction They have obviously failed in all of these items. It is not part of DBS' core values. It has been traumatic dealing with DBS .
