Highly recommend this airline.
I had booked my flight, before I read any reviews. I am so glad I did. This airline goes above and beyond, from checkin to the business lounge and the staff on board. The flight checkin had no queues, security took two minutes and the lounge was two minutes from from security. The flight left two minutes early. Baggage collect was very quick. It appears to me that some people have been unlucky. This airline is definitely recommended by me.
