I brought a ender 3 neo in November 2023
I brought a ender 3 neo in November and it was faulty. Its fault caused it to break its hot head. They refused to send a replacement part and told me to take the faulty part apart to fix it myself. They didn't send any proper instructions to do so, in the process the screws stripped with their terrible screwdriver they sent and I have no way to get it out now. So not only is the extruder faulty. It's broken the hot end. So I ordered a new one to replace it and when replacing it the fan broke. All because of them refusing to send a part that was faulty to begin with and tried to get a customer with no experience to fix their issue. I have been in contact with with them since I first received it in November. And over 3 months nothing has been solved. I want to return it and get a refund but its past the 14 days because of their slowness in replies with making it take so long. I don't even own its box anymore as I live in a small flat and didn't have room to keep it. I thought creality was meant to be beginner friendly. Avoid this company at all costs.
