I pay my bills on time every time and your not going to renew me?
I’ve been with you almost 12 months and your not going to renew me??? I had no claims in the past 5 years and I pay my bill on time every time. Very dissatisfied. No explanation why. Poor customer service and no communication with your insurance company and the customer. You should think about how you handle customers if you ever want them to return. Heads up if you choose this company as a provider. You can sign up, get service, pay your bills, but at the end of your first year don’t be surprised if they force you to look for another insurance company when they non renew you. Still don’t know why .... This was my experience and opinion. Thank you.
