SYN Backup Box
Had issues with the SYN backup box. * It didn't work off grid * No LED lights After mailing with the distributor, the solution was not found. (The distributor did it's best effort though!) They redirected me to Ayoub Aznadi, whom helped me on a sunday (his day off!) to fix both problems. He did a remote setting change (which fixed the backup problem), and identified a faulty cable. He helped me do a quick fix and then sent over a correct cable. Both issues were quickly fixed when I got direct contact with Growatt. Thanks a lot!
