The pins are of good quality. Have been wearing them since March and they have stayed on my lanyard well. I have encountered pins from other companies that will become loose quickly. Gumtoo missed out 5 pins during delivery. When I informed them, they immediately checked, acknowledged their mistake and arranged another delivery for the 5 pins. They are efficient and quick with their responses. Appreciate it.
