BUYER BE AWARE!!!! This company does not stand by their guarantees. I paid the”VIP” processing fee and took into account the Monday through Friday shipping time. However, I received the item after their assured delivery date, so I no longer needed the item that I had ordered. Instead of apologizing or compensating me for THEIR error, the customer service representative was extremely rude and unprofessional.
