I accidentally ordered the wrong size…
I accidentally ordered the wrong size for my phone and I was a first time purchaser so I had received an email coupon I did not know about till after I placed my order. Immediately I reached out to see if this can be switched before my order shipped out and if they can add the code to my purchase. Within 24 hours I received a response, that my order had already been shipped but they would ship my correct size to me and refund me for what the coupon code would have been. Typically you would have to return the original order but they told me I could keep it and share with a friend :)
