Outstanding service
I just spoke with Armand Del Rosario from Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, LLC to get an LP gas conversion kit for my Samsung dryer. His service was outstanding—he found the part in seconds and texted me a link to order it online. Top-notch support. Armand is based in the Philippines (I asked), and he was incredibly attentive and courteous. He clearly understands the level of service customers expect in the U.S. Definitely someone who deserves consideration for a management role—he has the professionalism, communication skills, and values to lead. Thank you, Armand and Encompass!
