I ordered the aquamarine bracelet with the jade leaf. Unfortunately, when it arrived and I removed it from it’s little bag, the jade leaf was broken on the bottom, so I contacted the company and they said they would send another one out which they did in a pretty much timely manner. I received the replacement, but I have a feeling the same thing is going to happen with this little Jade leaf because there’s a hairline crack in it already, it’s a gift for my niece and I sent it to her anyway, so I will have to apologise to her if it gets broken too quickly. Which also made the gift too late for her birthday. Even though they dealt with this problem with integrity, I will probably not order from this company again.
