This is my second rubbish experience with Paypal in a month, firstly they badly handled a refund and kept my money for over a week. Now I'm waiting on a dispute with an Ebay seller. Paypal have done nothing in the last 2 weeks, used to believe I'd receive some back up. Shame because they never used to be like this. Been using them for over 20 years.
