Funds inexplicably on hold and random charges
They've had over 90 USD 'on hold' for weeks but are unable to explain why. All I get is "Your case is still under investigation. We will get back to you again with more details, as soon as there is an update on the status of your case". Additionally, they have applied several 'Transaction fees to Rapyd' charges without explanation. No phone number, no live chat. Appalling service.
