I was completely mislead
I was completely mislead. I repeatedly asked for the cancellation policy, and was told that I could cancel, probably for a small penalty. Your agent could not specify the "small" amount. I asked her to have her colleague investigate and advise me. I said I would confirm assuming the token cancellation policy. I then received an email stating there was no cancellation and I had to pay the full price if I cancelled. Totally dishonest
