Tina was an amazing reservation person
Tina was an amazing reservation person. She knew exactly what to say and took her time to make sure she gathered all of the information for us first and then reported to us. She not only answered our questions she anticipated them. I am hoping that Tina supervisor does get a copy of this because I recommend her for an immediate increase in pay. Outstanding service over the phone
And was very polite and seemed to understand her job very well I made my reservation here at the Ramada in Saginaw quickly and efficiently. The only issue I had was not with Anna, but with the hotel itself, I asked for a 1 o’clock extension checkout till 1:00 PM because I got in late and I was told it was not allowed and would be 30 more dollars if you could look into that that would be great because I plan on coming back again. I’m a veteran and of course the VA hospital is right down the road thank you and as for Anna promote!
