It was a Magnificent experience with a lot of entertainment with amazing food and singing. Have to say I was worried after reading a ton of Reviuw on redit about this third party service but I had no issues at all and everything worked smoothly. The tickets didn't cost much more then from Mamma Mia the party official web page. Magnificent experience and Magnificent service of headout

Booking with Headout was simple and straightforward with e tickets being issued quickly to the app. We had no problems at the check in desk at the Museum . The museum was spectacular with interactive stations . The architecture was breathtaking with great photo opportunities outside . It is a must to visit this magnificent building for both adults and children .
£130 for 3 tickets. No stadium or tour facilities. Complete scam when cost £60 at the door. Robbery Awful service. Just book direct safer
If I could give this service zero stars I would. I recently tried to upgrade my tickets to more expensive seats and pay more but as I knew there was a no refund policy I wrote to Headout to ask if there was anything I could do. I was told that if I first booked new more expensive seats they would then cancel my original booking. This seemed surprising so I double checked with them , asking to confirm that I would be guaranteed a refund once I had booked new tickets. They assured me that as long as I booked new tickets at least 72 hours before the show they would refund my original booking. However, once I booked the new tickets they told me they were unable to refund the original booking. I felt completely scammed. Do not trust what this company tells you. They lie to their customers and give them misleading information.

The only bad found is that communication with buses stop before 9 pm. Must be 24 hours. Like many EU countries. And the vaboreto must be update not with gas/ petrol due to pollution and smell. Neet to update starting with battery and photovoltaic.

purchased tickets for warner bros abu dhabi for the same day of my visit - after making the payment i did not receive the ticket and i was told that ill receive the tickets in 2 hours! i had to wait 2 hours outside the park in order to receive the tickets and i couldnt cancel the purchase too!! And while booking the ticketd there was no mention anywhere that it could take 2 hours !

I booked tickets through Headout while I was on holiday in Salou. I specifically remember searching for a water park in Salou through the Headout platform, which is why I was genuinely surprised to later discover that my booking was for Aquopolis Madrid instead. As soon as I realised the mistake, I contacted customer service hoping they could help by changing the booking or offering some kind of solution. Unfortunately, they immediately told me there was nothing they could do. I understand that mistakes can happen and that terms and conditions exist, but I was really disappointed by the complete lack of flexibility or goodwill. A small gesture, such as allowing me to change the booking or offering another solution, would have made a huge difference. The customer service was polite, but the outcome left me feeling like helping the customer wasn’t a priority. Because of this experience, I will think twice before booking with Headout again.

I absolutely loved the experience. Seeing all the famous London's landmarks from the river was amazing. Fantastic views, very polite staff and great memories! What else would one want. Definitely recommend!
I booked 5 tickets for IMG Worlds of Adventure through Headout (Booking ID: 32652274). When we arrived at IMG Worlds on August 6, 4 of the 5 tickets were rejected at the entrance because they appeared to have already been used on July 11. I was there with my family, including a 3-year-old child. I contacted Headout immediately through the app, but no immediate solution was provided. I could not keep my family waiting indefinitely at the entrance, so I had no choice but to purchase 4 new tickets directly from IMG Worlds. I therefore paid twice because the tickets supplied by Headout were unusable. I am requesting an immediate refund covering the amount I had to pay at IMG Worlds for the replacement tickets. This experience completely undermined my trust in Headout. Based on what happened to us, I would recommend buying tickets directly from the attraction.

It was a family tour for 3 of us. As a first timer in London, we booked it online in advance. Surprisingly there was no advance payment needed and free cancellation until a certain date. Price was comparatively cheaper than other online tour sites. Package was detailed on website, even for a first timer, it was convenient to understand. After amount is deducted, we received ticket as QR code with full details of pick up location with map. Very convenient to find the location even for a first timer like me. On the day of tour, after reaching on location, we met our tour guide Ms Lucy. She was very much friendly and gave proper guidance on our tour. Coach is very comfortable. It was a Mercedez Benz 2x2 coach with food tray behind each seat just like you see in aeroplanes and toilet inside the coach. You can carry your food and drinks as well. But not Hot food or Hot drink to avoid any injury to other. On the way to Oxford, there is a stopover where you can enjoy food and drinks. Many food shops like Pret, starbucks and others there. And it is regular priced. Not over priced. After reaching Oxford our bus group divided into 2 groups and an additional tour guide Mr. Krish joined. He was very funny. And he had a very good knowledge of the area. We got 2 hours to explore which is reasonable time. Later we took the same bus to Warner Bros. Studio which took almost an hour approx. On reaching there, Ms Lucy brought physical tickets for all of us. She explained everything in detail on the go and we were on our own inside the studio to explore Magic of Harry Potter. We got 4 hours and that is more than sufficient time to cover all the area in realxed manner. No meed to rush. Inside studio, there are 2 food court area where you can have snacks and drinks as you like. Later we were asked to reach for the same bus in parking on time which left us back to london within reasonable time. We enjoyed every bit of the day. Tour was very well planned. Thank you Headout. During London trip, I have booked almost all my tickets and tours from Headout. I found it very convenient.
The guide was excellent, organized, and very personable. She had knowledge of everything to do with the monastary and surrounding areas. Very fun.
