Do not book anything with this company it’s a scam, bought tickets to Eiffel Tower, directions not clear, had to meet a guide at a souvenir shop, nobody there at 6.25pm so we left thinking we would miss our 6.30 lift, but they had our tickets, online help is useless they would not call the guide to let them know we are here waiting, having to purchase more tickets now. These are a scam don’t buy tickets, also, we paid $400 Australian for two tickets. It’s only €36 per ticket, so not only did we pay too much but didn’t end up with any tickets. Scam scam, and saying someone will look into it in 24 to 48 hours is ridiculous, call your tour guide !!!!!!!! The reply is ridiculous, we were at the the meet up point before the due time to leave, nobody visible holding a tour flag or some indication on who we were looking for except start asking strangers maybe? We also told you we were at the tower and could go and meet the guide as by your account they still wouldn’t have left said meet up point until 6.30pm. To not have a contact number for your tour guide is ridiculous. And to think we would buy anything from your useless tour and ticketing business again is also ridiculous. An offer if 25% of our purchase price!!! What a joke, absolutely worst company we have ever come across.

They also confirmed that no other guests experienced any issues joining the tour. As mentioned in both your confirmation email and voucher, guests are required to arrive at the meeting point at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time of the experience. Based on the information shared, you arrived after the recommended reporting time and were therefore marked as a no-show in line with the policy. A must-do tour!!
Having Raffi as our tour leader made our tour incredibly enjoyable with her fun and welcoming attitude! Both of our archaeological guides, Anna and Nina were exceptionally knowledgeable and were always willing to answer our many questions, Nina’s excitement during the tour really showed her love for the sites. Our driver was lovely and made sure we all had enough water during our very hot August day tour! The transfers from each site made our visit stress-free and incredibly smooth, especially coming from and returning to Naples.
Don't waste your time
A bad website were trying for hours to book tickets this morning.Everytime and after having tried 5 different bank cards and emails still transactions failed we tried a different company and payment was successful instantly.DONT BOTHER WITH THIS PRIMITIVE WEBSITE.

在船上这绝对是一次令人惊奇的经历。非常好的环境和友善而有趣的服务员竭诚为我们服务，食物非常好。场面非常壮观。 不过，我根本不推荐酒店接送服务。我没有接到任何接机电话，当我打电话给他们时，客户帮助中心的工作人员既不礼貌也不友好，并试图强迫我承认我的电话号码错误且无法接通。接送是乘坐公共汽车，由于香烟的味道，所以很臭，而且比出租车的私人接送费用更高。

以为我们要购买大理博物馆的官方门票，但不知怎的，我们被重定向到了 Headout。结果我们还多付了近 5 欧元。必须使用应用程序才能查看门票，一切都非常繁琐。
糟糕的帮助
