I booked a rainforest night tour in hold coast from headout. It was beautiful experience, we saw glow worms, waterfalls, animals, trees, stars. It was beautiful and one of the best experience of my life. The guide was very nice, she explained us everything, gave detailed information about the trees and animals we saw there. She also had a skyview application where we could see the constellations and zodiac signs by facing phone towards sky. We had a dessert also on the way which was very tasty and she also confirmed before the trip which dessert we would like to have and dropped us at hotel too. She was very nice and we liked the experience a lot.
What a shambles and dishonest system…
What a shambles and dishonest system for booking. Booked Zoomarine tickets, website states booking is required for child, even if child is under 1m tall but that the child place is free. Charged for child place by Head Out and on entry to Zoomarine they confirmed free ticket for child, but I was charged by Head Out for a €30 child ticket and they refused to refund me stating that the booking was complete. They offered a 25% discount after ripping me off……… Very sketchy operation. Book directly with operator rather than using this agent.

Dont book here! I booked around 11.00. I could choose timeslots on the website. The website offeren me the option for timeslot 13.00, so i payed 43. 70 euro. The tickets didnt arrived in my emailbox. The costumer service is just AI. I received the tickets around 14.30. In the BMW München museum the ticketprize for 2 persons = 34 euro. This app is a scam and need several hours to arrange tickets. I never use this all again.

Terrible, unreliable company
A terrible company that ignores its own stated policy. I booked a private tour of the Vatican, and today I tried to cancel it because of a medical emergency and change of travel plans. My written confirmation from Headout says, "You can cancel for free until 10:00 AM on 31 August, 2026." Today, August 5, I tried to cancel and was told the tour is non-cancellable. Headout said "the local partner has set it as non-cancellable" and "does not allow any exceptions." I don't know anything about a local partner. I booked this with Headout, and it is their responsibiity. How can you deal with such an unreliable company that does not stand behind its own written policy?

This was my second visit to the wheel. There weren't many visitors, and the line moved quickly. We arrived a little early, but didn't have to wait. The cabins weren't crowded either, giving us the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful views of London and take some great photos. The service and staff were friendly and welcoming.

I recently visited the Burj Khalifa At The Top + Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo combo, and it was one of the best experiences of my Dubai trip. The combo is excellent value for money, especially if you plan to visit both attractions on the same day. The visit to Burj Khalifa was simply breathtaking. The panoramic views of Dubai’s skyline, the desert, and the Arabian Gulf from the observation deck were unforgettable, particularly during sunset when the city transforms from daylight into a sea of sparkling lights. After enjoying the views from the world’s tallest building, the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo offered a completely different but equally fascinating experience. Walking through the massive underwater tunnel surrounded by sharks, rays, and thousands of colorful fish was mesmerizing. The Underwater Zoo is well maintained and features a wide variety of marine animals, making it enjoyable for both adults and children. The attractions are conveniently located inside Dubai Mall, making it easy to explore the mall, dine, or shop between visits. The staff were friendly, the facilities were clean, and the entire experience was well organized. Although there can be queues during peak hours, the experience is worth the wait. Overall, I highly recommend this combo to anyone visiting Dubai. It combines two of the city’s most iconic attractions into one memorable experience and offers great savings compared to booking separately. I would definitely rate it 5 out of 5 stars and would happily recommend it to friends and family.
