I had excellent service
I had excellent service. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 rating is I was not told there was a refund protection. I was only told there would be no refund. When I looked at my reservation, it said that refund protection was offered but not accepted. It definitely was not offered. I would have liked to know what the refund protection offered.
