Very helpful in getting a room for the night after a cancelled flight. We were grateful to have a place to stay after spending the entire day at the airport before they finally cancelled. Efficient service, and lined up the shuttle to get us to the hotel and back. Well done!
Calling for A Reservation
My first call to make a reservation was dropped mid-scheduling. The second try was successful. The rep was clear in explaining expectations and procedures. He was kind and helpful. I was surprised, however, about the Eighty-plus dollars for taxes and service fees. That seems excessive.
