asked for a room for 2 adults and 2 dogs. was booked into a room that did not allow dogs and the pet fee was not quoted. Had been told that 153 would be all- inclusive but was charged an additional 60.00 for the pets.

The young lady on the phone was so helpful! We are here for our grandsons 1st Birthday with limited funds since my husband has to be back up here for work next week. We couldn't afford the Hard Rock and she went out of her way to find a hotel close and book it for us. Thank you so much for making this enjoyable for us on this special weekend! Didn’t feel like I spoke to a love agent… sounded like an AI bot and when I asked he said he was in fact a person and not AI! He referred me tot he ‘sister’ hotel as no rooms were available. I made sure to ask if it had a pool. I was told yes. We arrive and of course pool closure since Covid! Would not of booked hotel without pool and especially for that price. I’d really love to be able to speak to a human.

Cedrick - Exceptional Reservation Experience
Cedrick listened to what I required with my stay at the Crown Plaza. I am visiting my sister to help her make a significant move in her next stage of life. I specifically asked for a King Size bedroom away from the elevator and ice machines. He confirmed that at least 2 times. He was very courteous and professional. Even before my stay at The Crown Plaza, I would highly recommend this hotel based on Cedrick’s service.
