The agent found me a room at a hotel. While I was on the line, I had to text my wife to get her brand new address, the billing address for the card. During that process the room was claimed by someone else. My agent very patently found another nearby hotel and booked me quickly. A job well done on her part.

Didn't let me have my room after Uber transported us there and you all made us sit out in the heat for hours to tell us we couldn't stay ! Very RUDE !!! I am 64 and disabled and got very sick after being in sun so long !!! My dogs paws were sore from the heat and she even got sick !! VERY CRUEL PLACE

They maxed my credit card out for $5,000 and now are charging me cancellation fees over and over and over again because I never stayed there but they told me it was allowed to stay there after I paid and then continue to charge me after they told me I couldn't stay there little do they know I'm an open pee officer and will be dealing with this in love probably manner
