Bought a cologne, they sent me a shipment notification the next day. After two full weeks UPS still hadn't received the item. I email them. No answer. Can't contact them through Shopify. Try to contact them for another week. Give up and file a chargeback with Chase. After 23 days UPS auto-voided the shipment for never giving them the item, and they still haven't responded to me or to Chase. Luckily the bank gave me my money back. Don't waste your time with these clowns.
